酱香牛腱

原料:牛腱 (beef shank)

配料:葱、姜、酒、生抽、糖、盐、甜面酱、花椒、八角、桂皮、丁香、香叶、其他香料

做法:冷水牛腱下锅,大火煮开,漂干净血沫,中火,加配料,煮两个时辰。关火,放凉,进冰箱。想吃时拿出切片即可。

注:要放凉才能切,不然肉会碎。吃时可加酱油香油老干妈。
